We will refund you in 7 working days after refund approval,The payment will arrive in your bank account within 7 days after the payment is sent, if not, please contact customer service as soon as possible. The refund arrival time depends on your designated bank or payment method.

 

1、What is the time limit for return and replace?

 

1. If you are dissatisfied with a product or make wrong order, you may return or replace the product within 30 calendar days of the shipment date. 

2. We warrant that the item will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If a defect occurs, we will either: send you a new unit, repair your unit or refund your purchase price based upon our availability. Please kindly contact us for a return authorization and then return the defective unit to us within 10 calendar days after reporting the defect.

 

 

2、Specific provisions on commodity return and replace

1. When you return the item, please make sure the item is no-opened, No destroy label&seal, No use in machine, No damage. 2. In most cases, we will pay for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement using its approved shipping method.  

3. The freight will be paid by clients, if the returning is caused by the client. Please make sure to use searchable express for returning, so that we can check the delivery status anytime.

4.We will refund the money in 7 work days, after receiving the returning products.

 

3、How to return or replace the goods?

4、Return and replace process:

 

Contact with customer service for register→Provide defect reporting→Customer service confirms the return application → sends back the returned goods → returns confirmation → handles refund or replace

 

5、Refund method:

 

If you need a refund after the return is received and confirmed, the Company will handle the refund for you within one week according to your payment method: With online payment, the payment will be returned to the online payment account you paid at that time. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the Item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
